Dr. István János Molnár has been practicing as a general practitioner since his admission to the Budapest Bar Association. Earlier he gained significant expertise in international trade law as in-house counsel of a foreign trade company. He is actually professor of international trade law at the Faculty of Law of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church. From 1993 to 2008 he practiced in the Budapest office of Gide Loyrette Nouel and in addition to leading the competition practice group of the firm, mainly dealt with acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. He also obtained great experience in dispute resolution.
